a.m. Rodriguez Associates inc. has been funded by PHFA and Allegheny County HOME Funds at our newest project in Pittsburgh. This project will contain 52 units of affordable and market rate housing for seniors 62+. It will be the first affordable housing in Allegheny County within a retail center. Residents will be able to easily access banks, grocery and clothing stores, medical and dental care, phone providers, restaurants and more. Franjo Construction and Avon Designs will be working with AMR on this project for completion in early 2024.
